Patty is absolutely great to be your agent. She has all the knowledge of all the areas in Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park and Cotati where I was looking for home to buy. From the get-go Patty was an amazing agent to work with! She kept us up to speed every step of the way and helped us land our first home. Even though we ran into a few bumps in the road, (with sellers and finance company, NOT WITH PATTY) Patty was extremely helpful and professional along the way. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for real estate assistance as she was a rockstar.

As we do not live in the Santa Rosa area, we were randomly assigned to Eddie Stevens through requesting to tour a house. Both David and Erika were very professional and knowledgeable from the initial assessment and valuation of my property through to the final sale. Living 3000 miles away it was a comfort to know that my property was in good hands. They never made me feel pressured into taking an offer, but educated me as what would be fair. They even went the extra mile to stage my property at their expense. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for buying or selling a property.

He absolutely knows Rohnert Park. He was upfront, honest, and everything he said is exactly what came to fruition. When the rough times came (first offer dropped and we were under a deadline) he was very steady and kept us on track. He has gone outside his preview and offered his expertise even with stuff that wasnt on his deal (i.e. reading paperwork on the home we were buying, which he wasnt technically on, if we couldn't reach our primary realtor).
