Excellent service from start to finish. I needed a stage a relatively short notice and Ross was helpful, accommodating and advised on the best options. Most importantly, the stage and lighting looked great, delivery and pack down was on time and did everything we needed. Highly recommend RCT!
Ross at RCT was absolutely brilliant. His communication throughout the entire process was incredibly clear, and his online portal made choosing our music for the big day so simple and stress-free. RCT were fantastic. I ordered 2 sparklers for a wedding first dance. Ross was fast to reassure me the cold sparks would run smoothly and answered any questions that I had. When searching for a company I preferred my money to go to a local business. There based in Colchester and there fantastic. Due to the venues insurances there was some confusion if they would even allow this. After some phone calls were made and the problems it caused, Ross came with a surprise 2 more additional sparks. RCT Entertainment and events Ltd an amazing addition to our laser spectacular evening at our school. They got the crowd dancing and involved all throigh the event.
