STAY WELL AWAY. Avoid this company completely. I paid £200 deposit on a vehicle, they did not carry out a recall on the vehicle. After almost 3 weeks of calling and trying to get this sorted out, they pulled out of the deal and still have not paid my deposit back. As it states in the Terms and Conditions, they will repay deposits if they pull out of the deal. They have not stuck to this. They ignore messages and you can never get to speak to the actual owner. My partner purchased a bmw from this dealer, after waiting being told what time we could collect, we was left waiting a further 4 hours before we actually got the car, the valet wasn't great and not the standards you would expect, they also tried to charge an admin fee but we was already informed by our finance company there would be no further costs.
