Poor Service Delivery at an Overcharge Price I am disappointed in Ray Stovall's ethics toward their customers. Not only did they charge us for services not rendered but they are deceptive. They charged us $55 through American Home Shield stating they came to our house and no one was home. When the appointment was made for them to service our hot water heater, they never disclose to us that we had to cancel ahead of time or we would be charged the $55 fee.
