I had to call the police to get them off of my property! I was required to use this company through Homesmart and they are very poor. First, their employees are rude and discourteous. Second, they do not call to schedule an appointment, they just show up. Third, they tried to charge me a 'permit and inspection' fee without providing proof the inspection is complete. This is where it gets better... After they completed their work and asked for payment, I asked them for proof the inspection was complete. Their response, "you'l... read more

Finally a good plumber in New orleans I used Ray Stovall Plumbing through American home shield the plumber who was out was very helpful ,professional, worked quickly and knew what the problem was right off I am really happy with my experience with this company. Would diffidently use them again and plan on recommending them to others.

homeowner I have American Home Shield and the disclaimer that was read was American Home Shields guidlines, not that of Ray Stovall Plumbing. Ray stovall plumbing was trying to warn the customers about the service fee NOT threaten them.I have had nothing but great experiences with Ray Stovall plumbing, and thier staff. They do excellent work and they gave me a discount for choosing to do additional work with them.

Worst plumber I have ever used ! The worst service ever. Never completed job even six months later. Refused to speak about job on the phone. Very unprofessional. Use at your own risk!

Did not even try to repair! I called American Home Shield for a leak under my kitchen sink. They contacted this company. The technician arrived and went right to the sink. He looked at the problem and never went back to his truck for any tools to try to repair the problem. Instead he went to his truck and wrote up a false diagnosis for the problem (which worked against me). He NEVER tried to repair the problem. I, of course had to pay the service fee anyway for absolutely nothing. I contact AHS and complained about the compa... read more

Don't even think about it...! I have American Home Shield warranty service on my home. Our hot water heater went out on Friday, Ray Stovall Plumbing was sent by AHS. Technician (Johnny) came out at 4:00 on Monday, replaced both heating elements, then touched one of the electrical connections and was almost flattened by the 110 volt charge he recieved. He then told my husband that it wasn't a water heater problem, it's an "electrical" problem and we would need to get an electrician! Still no hot water... I arrived home from w... read more

Would Not Recommend I had to use Ray Stovall Plumbing because that is who my home warranty must have a contract with. The technician was very helpful, professional, and timely. I had a lot of trouble with the office staff and scheduling. Also, I did not like the fact that they changed my credit card the day before they came out to repair the broken pipe. Overall, I would not recommend this company due to the rude office personnel regarding scheduling and charging me before repairs were done. However, the technician was very ... read more
