Great Service I have had this company out for my Water Heater and they have installed toilets in both of my bathrooms. They are very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. Anytime my friends have a plumbing issue the first company i tell them to use is Ray Stovall Plumbing.
Barbara I think most of you who wrote bad reviews are just disgruntled. I used Ray Stovall plumbing through American Home Shield warranty company, and I thought they were great. The office staff is friendly and helpful and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. They did extra work for me that AHS wasn't going to pay for at a fraction of the cost of other plumbers. They charge you 85.00 to do the estimate but if you have them do the work they subtract the 85 from your bill at the end. Definitely worth every penny, my ... read more

WOW I have American Home Shield for all my 5 of my renter homes. American Home Shield sent Ray Stovall Plumbing to come out. They were nice and knew exactly what was wrong every time they have come out. I had to Get a new water heater installed and before i let them do it i called around to get prices it would have cost me 1100.00 to get someone else to do it they charged me only 350.00 WOW who does that now in this economy they actual saved me money. JUST HORRIBLE!!! Let me start by saying that I have never taken the time to post a review on any of these sites but this company was so inept and unresponsive I simply had to let the world know to NEVER use them for anything! The only reason we had to use them was because our home warranty company American Home Shield said we had to. Well we are changing home warranty companies, also. TERRIBLE - Will NEVER use again Company was sent to my house by my home warranty company. Plumber came the 1st time and didnt even check into the water heater, which was putting out rust galore. Checked water on initial visit and said nothing was wrong - only ran water for short period of time. After he left the water turned brown again. Warranty company sent "Ray" out again and the plumber tried to tell my husband our copper pipe was rusting and that was causing the problem (copper does not rust!). Crooked Practices. Do Not Use The only reason Ray Stovall got inside of my house was because they had to provide a second opinion and were sent out by my home warranty company. Because I'd had previous horrible experience with them (both office staff and field techs) I put them on my "do not send" list. Anyway, the guy came out, left my bathroom in worse condition than when he arrived, and tried to swindle me into paying a service fee.
