Would Not Recommend I had to use Ray Stovall Plumbing because that is who my home warranty must have a contract with. The technician was very helpful, professional, and timely. I had a lot of trouble with the office staff and scheduling. Also, I did not like the fact that they changed my credit card the day before they came out to repair the broken pipe. DO NOT USE STOVALL PLUMBING If I could rate negative stars I would. I had to use Ray Stovall Plumbing because that is who American Home Shield is contracted with. First of all they charge for a permit and inspection. Both of which was not needed for the work I had done. I asked the so called plumber for a copy of the permit. He said I will have to call the office. Kind of fishy that the person doing the work didn't bring the permit to the job site. Home Owner I was put in touch with this company through American Home Shield. The so called plumber that showed up trouble shot the problem by steping out of his truck, indicated that the septic system needed to be pumped out. Then gave me a quote for $1700 to install 4 clean outs. Then if that was not enough, when ask if he could even do the job he said he had his show to watch this evening and could not miss it. Very Good Service We have used Ray Stovall Plumbing several times through American Home Shield. Their office staff is polite and efficient. Cass was out today to repair aleaky toilet base. He completed the repair n less than an hour and left the bathroom spotless! WE highly recommend Ray Stovall plumbing!
I had to call the police to get them off of my property! I was required to use this company through Homesmart and they are very poor. First, their employees are rude and discourteous. Second, they do not call to schedule an appointment, they just show up. Third, they tried to charge me a 'permit and inspection' fee without providing proof the inspection is complete.
DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Their incompetence caused injury to my infant daughter! They should be put out of buisiness!
Did not even try to repair! I called American Home Shield for a leak under my kitchen sink. They contacted this company. The technician arrived and went right to the sink. He looked at the problem and never went back to his truck for any tools to try to repair the problem. Instead he went to his truck and wrote up a false diagnosis for the problem (which worked against me). He NEVER tried to repair the problem. WOW I have American Home Shield for all my 5 of my renter homes. American Home Shield sent Ray Stovall Plumbing to come out. They were nice and knew exactly what was wrong every time they have come out. I had to Get a new water heater installed and before i let them do it i called around to get prices it would have cost me 1100.00 to get someone else to do it they charged me only 350.00 WOW who does that now in this economy they actual saved me money. homeowner I have American Home Shield and the disclaimer that was read was American Home Shields guidlines, not that of Ray Stovall Plumbing. Ray stovall plumbing was trying to warn the customers about the service fee NOT threaten them.I have had nothing but great experiences with Ray Stovall plumbing, and thier staff. They do excellent work and they gave me a discount for choosing to do additional work with them.
