Worst plumber I have ever used ! The worst service ever. Never completed job even six months later. Refused to speak about job on the phone. Very unprofessional. Use at your own risk!
DO NOT USE First off i could rate half a star i would. Worst Company in the whole state of LA. Called to check and see if the plumber that came to my house even had a license had no record of him. Went in my attic to check my Water Heater said in had to do these code upgrades that were required by the state. Barbara I think most of you who wrote bad reviews are just disgruntled. I used Ray Stovall plumbing through American Home Shield warranty company, and I thought they were great. The office staff is friendly and helpful and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. They did extra work for me that AHS wasn't going to pay for at a fraction of the cost of other plumbers. They charge you 85.00 to do the estimate but if you have them do the work they subtract the 85 from your bill at the end. Definitely worth every penny, my ... read more
a bad joke American Homesheild gave me Ray Stovall plumbing number to call, called to set an appointment was told they would call me back, didnt get a call, so i called them back and was told their "system" was down and they would call me back, never heard from them, the company is a joke, do not waste your time or money
Ms. J I've had a great experience with Ray Stovall Plumbing!!! Currently I live in Gretna but I've also lived in other cities in Louisiana. My home warranty, American Home Shield, is who sent Ray Stovall Plumbing to help me out. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The plumbers that have helped me over the last 2 years are great. Even the office staff is professional and above all else very helpful. Ray Stovall Plumbing even gave me a discount on my bill for having additional work done!! Wow!! Is that great or what!!
Finally a good plumber in New orleans I used Ray Stovall Plumbing through American home shield the plumber who was out was very helpful ,professional, worked quickly and knew what the problem was right off I am really happy with my experience with this company. Would diffidently use them again and plan on recommending them to others.
Ray Stovall Plumbing is AWESOME COMPANY HIGHLY RECOMMENED I love Ray Stovall plumbing they helped me I have been using them for 2 years. and the people below be are stupid because if you have ahs you have to pay the service fee of 55 dollars that has nothign to do with RSP so ya'll are effing idiots. Oh and bout thedouble service fee they alway read a disclaimer that says if you are not there between the hours of your time then you will be charged a double service fee. So Dericck you are wrong.
Don't even think about it...! I have American Home Shield warranty service on my home. Our hot water heater went out on Friday, Ray Stovall Plumbing was sent by AHS. Technician (Johnny) came out at 4:00 on Monday, replaced both heating elements, then touched one of the electrical connections and was almost flattened by the 110 volt charge he recieved. He then told my husband that it wasn't a water heater problem, it's an "electrical" problem and we would need to get an electrician! Still no hot water... I arrived home from w... read more
Great Service I have had this company out for my Water Heater and they have installed toilets in both of my bathrooms. They are very professional and knowledgeable about plumbing. Anytime my friends have a plumbing issue the first company i tell them to use is Ray Stovall Plumbing.
