TERRIBLE - Will NEVER use again Company was sent to my house by my home warranty company. Plumber came the 1st time and didnt even check into the water heater, which was putting out rust galore. Checked water on initial visit and said nothing was wrong - only ran water for short period of time. After he left the water turned brown again. Warranty company sent "Ray" out again and the plumber tried to tell my husband our copper pipe was rusting and that was causing the problem (copper does not rust!). Plumber changed out "brok... read more

Poor Service Delivery at an Overcharge Price I am disappointed in Ray Stovall's ethics toward their customers. Not only did they charge us for services not rendered but they are deceptive. They charged us $55 through American Home Shield stating they came to our house and no one was home. When the appointment was made for them to service our hot water heater, they never disclose to us that we had to cancel ahead of time or we would be charged the $55 fee. Even after we inform them our work schedule and what was convenient to... read more

Ms. J I've had a great experience with Ray Stovall Plumbing!!! Currently I live in Gretna but I've also lived in other cities in Louisiana. My home warranty, American Home Shield, is who sent Ray Stovall Plumbing to help me out. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. The plumbers that have helped me over the last 2 years are great. Even the office staff is professional and above all else very helpful. Ray Stovall Plumbing even gave me a discount on my bill for having additional work done!! Wow!! Is that great or what!! I w... read more

Did not even try to repair! I called American Home Shield for a leak under my kitchen sink. They contacted this company. The technician arrived and went right to the sink. He looked at the problem and never went back to his truck for any tools to try to repair the problem. Instead he went to his truck and wrote up a false diagnosis for the problem (which worked against me). He NEVER tried to repair the problem. I, of course had to pay the service fee anyway for absolutely nothing. I contact AHS and complained about the compa... read more

Crooked Practices. Do Not Use The only reason Ray Stovall got inside of my house was because they had to provide a second opinion and were sent out by my home warranty company. Because I'd had previous horrible experience with them (both office staff and field techs) I put them on my "do not send" list. Anyway, the guy came out, left my bathroom in worse condition than when he arrived, and tried to swindle me into paying a service fee. I knew he was lying because the amount he quoted wasn't even the amount of the service fee... read more

Home Owner I was put in touch with this company through American Home Shield. The so called plumber that showed up trouble shot the problem by steping out of his truck, indicated that the septic system needed to be pumped out. Then gave me a quote for $1700 to install 4 clean outs. Then if that was not enough, when ask if he could even do the job he said he had his show to watch this evening and could not miss it. Then had the balls to ask for his $75 call out fee. I called a real plumber the next morning, he came out prompl... read more

Ray Stovall Plumbing is AWESOME COMPANY HIGHLY RECOMMENED I love Ray Stovall plumbing they helped me I have been using them for 2 years. and the people below be are stupid because if you have ahs you have to pay the service fee of 55 dollars that has nothign to do with RSP so ya'll are effing idiots. Oh and bout thedouble service fee they alway read a disclaimer that says if you are not there between the hours of your time then you will be charged a double service fee. So Dericck you are wrong.
