Mark was great... Helped me get in a good car with my credit.
I bought a truck from them 3 months ago and I am still waiting for the cup holders to come in. I keep getting the run around that it is a different departments fault why I have not got them yet. I will NEVER buy from this place again and I WILL give them BAD reviews all the time!!!!!!
I needed an oil change and a part replaced that was a recall. The night before I took it in my engine light came on. They check it out and say I have 2 problems: 1) my spark plug on the back of the engine needs replaced and will cost $500 bc they'll have to take out the engine and 2) I need the 60k mi tune up which is $600. Then I had to pay $100 to get my van back bc I refused to let them do the work bc it sounded bogus. Took my van to my regular mechanic and he said it was a front spark plug that was the problem and after ... read more
Overpriced use materials out of my car for my car and charge insurance company for it Quality work minimal at best
Terrible customer service to say the least. I went in to get a refund on some parts I bought and didn't need. Instead of refunding my bank account they charged me again and they won't fix it. They now owe me multiple hundreds of dollars. Looks like I'll be contacting an attorney ASAP. If you get any parts here, you better pay cash!!!

The absolute best customer service I have ever received. It doesn't matter if it's a used $10k or new $50k you will be treated exactly the same. I will never buy a car from anyone else.
