We had a wonderful experience here Saturday evening! Spencer was our salesman and he went above and beyond to explain all the different trim levels… We test drove the Sedona and fell in love with it. Drew in management went above and beyond to explain all of our options and help us in every way that he could. We ended up walking out less than an hour after test drive with our new Sedona! Thank you both!
We bought a used car at the tent sale at the mall. We were told that they put brand new tires and brakes on the vehicle and used it as a selling point. Two and a half weeks later it blew a tire. We called them and turns out that no tires or brakes were replaced and we get to buy tires before our first payment. They won't even cover it on the warranty. Yeah tires and brakes are maintenance items but they wouldn't come down in price due to all the maintenance done on the car such as brakes and tires. Now of course they know no... read more
I have never been disappointed with services rendered at Ray Skillman Buick. They have always been helpful, kind, and efficient.
We have been going here since 2013 and this is the second new car we've purchased. The sales , finance and service departments are excellent.
Horrible Service! We have bought our last 2 cars there and our first time dealing with the service center is a Nightmare and will NEVER Buy from them again !
