Had my first experience today. I've been getting my oil changed everywhere, but a friend suggested a dealership because of the skill and professionalism. They gave me great service, greeted me through the door. That's important when you don't know a new place. Gave me information and pricing, assuring me if all steps. After purchasing multiple vehicles from your dealership over the past 15 years, you'd think you'd want to make an appropriate deal. Thank you for not listening to my wants and needs and putting together a deal that was not wanted. There are other dealerships that will fight for my business.
Whoo hoo! Ray Skillman Kia Service Dept gets 5 stars, went in for some recall work and realized that i had to be at bible study at 930 and they had my soul washed and finished by 915..Service center you rock!
My Wife and I went to breakfast on 8/27/15 ,her birthday, I said let's go look at cars, hoping we could buy a newer car, not thinking we could even quality for a new car, were met outside and the gentleman took us inside and introduced us to Ben Gill, we bought a new Mitsubishi Mirage, we loved it! We have had it for a little over a week, we have been contacted 3 times by Ben and one time by the district Manager.
