Awesome customer service. We were not planning on purchasing but Rodney sold us! Kevin and Wayne got us through financing with the payment we need in record time, as we had somewhere to be. You guys were awesome-we love our new truck!!!
By far the GREATEST car service our family has received! We had an emergency with our vehicle on our way to Florida and their whole team did an amazing job with the speed and service!
They gave me more for my trade in and got me in a 2012 kia soul. So far this is the best car I have ever owned. I have drove a ford, Chevrolet, Pontiac, and a Buick. Warranties help out alot when u don't have alot of money. Thank u! I love my kia and will come back to the greenwood location when I'm ready for something even newer. :-)

Been taking my Hyundais here for service for at least nine years. Great customer service, and honesty. They are the only dealer service department I've ever trusted completely. They always do the right thing because it's the right thing to do. Thanks again for yesterday's confirmation of that experience. The world would be a better place if everyone did business like the Hyundai service department here.
New car sales experience was great. They worked with us and we drove off in a new car. 3 months later, their auto service center is a whole different experience. Don't bother making a appointment. It doesn't mean a thing. Went in for a dent estimate and the guy didn't show. Now I've been waiting 3 hours for a tire air pressure sensor to be changed out and they don't have my tire in stock because the sensor ripped the inside of the tire.
