My daughter was looking to purchase her 1 st car. Several dealerships later we found Ray Skillman Kia Southside. Met Tommy Reed who spent most of his Saturday Night and 4 hours on Wednesday finding the perfect car for my daughter. On site was a insurance sales person who assisted Bri getting insurance and financial personnel who found a loan to fit her needs. Very impressed with the friendly staff and clean well maintained facility.
2nd go around was much better than the first first vehicle was a lease in 2015 then this last year was able to get out from under the lease and into a 2016 they have stepped up there game as long as they continue to take care of me I will return to Skillman......thanks for your good service Amy always a pleasure to talk to you and do business
My experience was good I had my tires checked they found a nail in one of them. Now three days later I noticed the valve caps on the rear tires were missing. Was very disappointed that they overlooked such a small thing. Maybe you need to double check your work.
After taking my vehicle back for the second time because one of my tires was leaking air, they finally found a headless nail in it and they plugged it. That was two days I had to go to this dealership to get a tire fixed. It doesn't take a rocket science to fix a tire.
I have a 2010 GMC double cab 4wd pickup, it came from Ray Skillman & has always been serviced there. They have always treated me great.
They always do a great job, in the service department, Ray Potter does a great job for me.
I love my new Regal GS, but I am waiting to get some "dealer promised" work done to it . . . .
