I would give a 0 if I could. Just now getting to this page but I bought an 04 explorer from the certified used vehicles department. I was given a list of stuff that had been fixed and was told it was in perfect condition. Two days later the transmission began to slip and took to a shop and found out the transmission needed rebuilt and then shortly after that I found out I had a an engine misfire and to replace all plugs and coils. Bought a 2016 Transit 250 last Thursday evening. I drove it about 10 miles then it appears the starter went out. Had to have it towed in at my expense the following Wednesday. (6 days later) even though it's still under the Ford warranty. I get a call today, Friday that it has not even been looked at yet and they may not even get it in until next week. I guess once you buy you're on your own. Take. Back seat. You are no longer important.
In and out in 35 minutes for oil change & tire rotation.
