We had an excellent experience buying our truck from Ray Skillman. But when we returned to have the service dept look over a few things we found the dark side. the rep that assisted me was unprepared for us had to reschedule our appointment 3 different times. then when we told him that we did not want the work done he proceeded to do it anyway and attempt to charge us. The service manager Jamie was very helpful in fixing the situation.
Thank you Ray Skillman and our salesman KJ for your assistance on the purchase of my new 2017 Envision. This is why we keep coming back on our automobile purchases. I believe this made 7 total! These people damaged my 07 Spectra when they botched the repair job. Service department people who were responsible were mysteriously "off for the day" or "out sick".

Less than 1 a zero. They suck. They lie, fast talking forked tongue, hate this dealership. Dont waste your time or energy its not worth it. They are rude and they dont care anything about you. Its how much can they con you out off. No ethics. Anything with Ray Skillman attached to it stay away.
