very quick to meet you. listened to my concerns. VERY COURTEOUS. Everyone easy to work with. especially Roy Potter. I always leave feeling the issues have 🐝 handled.
Don't use the service center for anything more than an oil change. They could not even diagnose a shake in my new truck. They treated me like I was stupid telling me that it was "normal". After calling GMC and taking it to a real shop, it is getting fixed.
They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Easy to deal with.
