bad customer service, bought a pre-owned certified buick encore and after over 50 days, I still dont have the title paperwork to proceed with getting my new plates. they forgot to get a signature from the previous owner on the title so now I'm stuck waiting for them to get that person to come back in and sign. I would not recommend using this dealership.
I know you have to be cautious of the virus oh when I come up to get two screws put in the fender of my 2019 Forte you guys leave me outside in the elements with no car to sit in nothing guess I'll be shopping somewhere else next time
