I brought my 2012 Kia Optima in for a simple oil change Friday August 24th. I always check my car to make sure I don’t leave any personal belongings that I don’t want to come up missing. I dropped my car off around 1:30. At 4:15 I had to call to see if my car was done. It’s my only means of transportation. It was ready. I picked up my car right after 5. Overall experience was good except that they forgot to call me when the part was in so I actually waited two extra days for something that could’ve been done sooner. I had to call them.
