Ray Brandt Kia’s service department is top notch!!!!! Every time I go there I’m never there longer than an hour. When you drive up your immediately greeted by a smiling, enthusiastic service provider.

I have been doing business with Ray Brandt KIA since 2013. I bought my SPORTAGE EX new from this dealership. Nearly all my service work has been done at RBK. For 151,400 miles I have counted on these people to treat me right. The folks are always courteous, friendly and truthful. This time, I came in with an emergency. One of the coil packs had quit working and my SES light came on. The service bay looked busy. Worst dealership on the Westbank. Dirty, smelly “new cars”. If you want to test drive certain models, the manager says no. I’ll never ever buy a car from this dealership.

Ray Brandt Kia of the westbank is the worst dealership I have been to. I made an appointment at 10am to fix my taillight, that they were supposed to have fixed when I picked up the car and they tolded me, they couldn't get to my car for two hours and they would need 3 hours to fix the taillight. I told them I had spoke to the service manager and he was the one that made the appointment for me. the back latch on the hatch was not working either. they tried to tell me that the latch wasn't covered under my warranty but, I have... read more

Ray Brandt Kia is a great dealership. I'm most impressed with their service department. Even now, with the extra precautions they must take for Covid, they went out of their way to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Shout out to Jason Pesses, my Service Advisor, who always makes me feel like I'm the most important customer that he has. It's a gift to be able to make folks feel like that.

After walking out of their dealership without buying a car twice in the past four years due to their not honoring their own quotes, this time we didn't even waste a trip. Their internet department gave me the most obnoxious quote on a 2020 Kia Soul - it was like they either thought I was stupid, or they simply didn't want my business. Premier Kia was responsive, respectful, and didn't waste my time. Well worth the extra 30 minute drive. We have four drivers in the family, and Ray Brandt will never get our business.
