I went there to see a car that I might buy when I decide. Because I haven't decide what model I want, only because I just started shopping for a new car and I do not want to make the same mistakes of my previous purchase, the sales person made me feel I was begging her to talk money and explain the car features to me. Excellent customer service. I had my car serviced on Thursday. The following Monday my car wouldn’t start. I took it back to Ray Brandt Kia and they went above and beyond to fix my car. They treated me with respect, gave me frequent updates and made sure to explain everything to me. I used to go to premier Kia in Kenner but I’m going to Ray Brandt for all my Kia needs now. Warren in the service department is very professional. Ask for him!! Overall 10/10 experience. Thank you, Ray Brandt Kia!
