I would recommend a new car for my friends to buy there also I recommend the oil change why I had a great experience with Miss Vicki at Ray Brandt Nissan on the Westbank she's a hardworking woman and when things got a little backup she went to likely to ask to work as what was the problem she made sure that the customers were aware of the backup and she helped us to be relax she communicates with the workers and the people that's why I loved it my experience that day with Ray Brandt Nissan I was there to get my airbag check mr. White is also Pleasant in a hard worker he put my transmission in and when I saw that he service my airbag I was happy to see that because I know he's a good worker

Keep promises given. I was told when I took my new car in for its first service that I would be getting a survey. If I answered it I would get my next service free. That was in July. When I went back for service yesterday I was told that was no longer offered. Also when I would drop my car for service (I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership) I could get a shuttle to my office. Yesterday they said they no longer offer that service. And when I would pick up my car in the past it would have been washed and drivers side vacuumed. Not so now! I will not be going back to this dealership nor purchase any future vehicles from them.
