Keep promises given. I was told when I took my new car in for its first service that I would be getting a survey. If I answered it I would get my next service free. That was in July. When I went back for service yesterday I was told that was no longer offered. Also when I would drop my car for service (I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership) I could get a shuttle to my office. Yesterday they said they no longer offer that service.
