I actually LOVED my Kia! We purchased a Kia Optima last year (2016), Mr. Bryant was our salesman! Very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Answered all of our questions and a key factor in our buy was SAFETY (being that we have 2 kids) Today my Kia was involved in a 6 car accident. My Kia was hit from behind and pushed into another vehicle! Completely smashed! Of all the airbags in my car, NOT ONE WAS DEPLOYED! The Service Advisor Jason Pesses was very helpful to me. He went out his way to get answers to all of my questions about my vehicle.
People in parts are fantastic. But good luck trying to get a human being on the phone in the service department. Kenner is your best bet.
Wonderful knowledgeable sales man (Bryant)! Answered all of my questions and really appeared "customer oriented." I will definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends!
