Joey is a fantastic PT! Even though I’ve been training for years and I consider myself an intermediate lifter, she helped sharpen my technique on key lifts, especially squats, deadlifts, and pull‑ups. Her cues were clear, practical, and easy to apply, and I made significant progress despite only being able to train with her for two weeks during my short stay in Hong Kong. I’d highly recommend Joey and the rest of the Raw team for making my training such an enjoyable experience.
