Fabulous gym.. so friendly and with amazing knowledgeable PTs. The service from Karen is always above and beyond. When I couldn’t make a session due to work Karen even ran an extra session an hour later so I didn’t miss out. I have made so much progress and feel so much stronger. Plus it always feels so supportive and friendly with members of all ages. Highly recommended and you can have a free consultation.. you won’t regret it ! An update ! Fabulous session as always. Thuly perfect gym, for everyone, regardless of fitness level or body type. Very friendly, relaxed environment. PTs are very professional and knowledgeable, everythingis clearly explained and discussed by them. Programmes are written for individual fitness goals. Very lucky to have found this lovely studio.
