My wife bought me 3 auto and one switch. There isn't a day without one of the knifes. I did have a problem with one and contacted the factory. That day they emailed me a label to send it in for free. They fixed it and had it sent back to me in less than a week. Amazing support and incredible knifes. I will be buying more.
I haven't had any issues with my knife. I deploy it several times a day, and sometimes just for fun, and to get cycles on it, to make sure it will deploy if I need it defensively. Once in awhile it might hang up, while stowing it, but it's had a few thousand cycles on it. It has never failed to deploy as long as it stowed correctly. Not sure why there is such a disparity in reviews and experiences, the crew was helpful when I was deciding what to get and I have put it through plenty of tough use. The blade I ordered was apparently on back order, so instead of making me wait with baited breath they sent me one of there others with a promise to send the other free of charge as soon as it was available. Now that's what I call customer service. Consider me a customer for life.
I love these guys ! I have been a pack member for 4 months now and won the monthly giveaway! I won a Titan. How cool is that ! Way better quality than most any knife and lifetime warranty. Yup guys rock !
Bought one last weekend and love it! Guaranteed, free shipping to fix or sharpen, replaceable blades. Hard to complain about any of it.
Have been charged repeatedly for the knife club. Since October. Have had one knife come in. Have sent emails and never get a reply. I want my money back or what you promised. Six charges to get a knife a month and only got one. Why no replys. Stop taking my money. I want my money back or the knives. Either way do not charge me anymore. Bank has been contacted.
