I just bought my eighth Raven Crest Tactical OTC Knife from Joe at the World Deer Expo in July. This is the third straight year I have been buying RCT Knives from Joe. Joe has gone above and beyond customer service for me at the show each year. He showed me the new Raven Metal this year and it was amazing. The sharpener works great on the previous knives I have purchased the past two years. Raven Crest Tactical is lucky to have Joe out there representing your company. Keep up the great work!
I purchased one of their cheapest knives (price wise) and it is by far the best quality knife I've ever owned (and I've paid more for others)...this knife is a tank and feels like one too. I'm already deciding what I'm getting next from Raven Crest Tactical.
Joe the salesman at the World Deer Expo in Birmingham, AL is a awesome asset to the company! I went by the Ravencrest table a couple times and the interaction with customers was definitely the best service I saw and received during my time at the Expo. I purchased a knife and will be doing more business in the future not only from the quality of the knife but mostly because of the initial impact from Joe. Thanks Joe I'm very pleased and plan to contact the company for further business!
I should have known better. I acquired one of these knives and immediately knew they were trying to get one over on people. Mine broke within a week. These garbage knives are very poor (Chinese I believe) knockoffs of Microtech. They are assembled in Arizona and passed off as a high quality knife. I found the same knife minus the branding on the pocket clip at a knife shop in the mall for $35. I get it, the cool factor is there and why pay $250+ for a Benchmade or Microtech. When I finnaly received my knife I'm very satisfied with the product, my issue is the customer service or lack there of, after about a month I was finnaly able to get a hold of Star she bent over backwards to get my order processed and my knife in about 48hrs, raven crest needs more customer service reps like Star that care about the customer. The others I dealt with could hardly wait to get me off the phone.
Absolutely terrible customer service, mailed a knife back to the company that broke on me. It's been 2 months and not a word on it. I've messaged them on FB with no response. Definitely would not recommend these to anyone!
