Awesome customer service and an unbeatable warranty!
loved the knife I had, but after needing it repaired they have had it for 6 weeks, told me twice that I was going to receive a new knife, told me it was shipped twice, but when I called to see where it was it was never sent, 5 voice-mails and numerous emails later, I'm not hearing back anything, guess I'm out a $130 knife. after I get something back, whether it be a new knife or at least my old one back I will NEVER do business with ravencrest again.
Bought three mini's two gifts and one for myself. I use it every day. After 3 months and about 1000 deployments the spring busted. Took it in to the Mesa store, no questions asked.. They fixed the knife, oiled it up and sent me o. My way. Great product, better customer service. Give them a shot, you won't be dissatisfied!
From around the house to precision cutting to the oil field Raven Crest Tactical delivers. If it can stand roughneck use on an oil rig it can be used by anybody. Best knife ever for anything!
For over 2 weeks I've been trying to get to watch is fixed that's been broken that have lifetime warranties I have not been help besides what kind of watches it. And give them the info and still nothing they have such poor customer service I would never recommend them to anybody because if you can't hold up your end of the bargain or the deal don't have a company I am very upset with this company and probably never ordered anything from them again.
Bought 4 Titans from Jeff at the Tulsa Arms Show. Love the knives. Customer service is top notch. Doesn't get any better than these guys! Great supporters of Law Enforcement as well
I love the knife but the Web site is horribly slow. Hate the Web site. What's up with that? Is anyone else experiencing that an thing?
