Not Happy with service. Purchased knife back in February. Received wrong blade. When ordered told knife and blade in stock. after receiving the wrong blade told 5 weeks for blade to come in. after 5weeks told 2 weeks. and on and on and on and still no blade. Don't think will repeat business.
The process of buying one of these incredible knifes was amazing! I met Erica at the K9 trials at her booth and asked her a million questions about the knifes and company! She had every answer I was looking for and hooked me up with the perfect knife for work! She called me up ordered it, shipped it (because I'm not from here and can't take it on the plane home), told me about all the warranties! I went in there today to pick up a knife as I hear they are great AND they are just that the gentleman working there 5-6-17 was great I waited around and looked around for about 15-20 min he always made a point to let me know he didn't forget me and that he would be right with me AMAZING customer service in my eyes any other place would have let me roam around and I would have prob left but I seen he took great pride in what he was doing with the other customer who purchased multiple knifes again GREAT customer Service I wil... read more

The knife feels great works well so for the price and warranty you can't beat it. Only thing people might complain about is when the knife is out and you shake it, the knife rattles a little bit but that's about it.Great knife and they put skittles in my shipment box �
I have bought several of their knives for myself and as gifts for family/friends. The employees are very polite. They offer Military, Law Enforcement, and Fire discounts.
I have loved every knife I have bought so far. The monthly subscription is a great surprise and every item has far surpassed the cost. Great quality OTF and my wife loves hers to. Now she wants her own monthly subscription
Amazing products with superb quality and excellent craftsmanship. Ravencrest truly is a company that cares about the quality of the product they are selling. I had a OTF Nemesis (back when it was called a Nemesis) and it only even failed to open on me once. After taking it apart, it was because some cardboard had worked it's way down inside and was gumming up the mechanism.
