This company sells rebranded, marked up Chinese counterfeits at a huge profit. How anyone can fall for this scam is beyond me.
I love their product, love their service. Christian is great behind the counter. I have three of their knives and tell everybody about them. Keep up the good job!
I would’ve given it a 5 because these knives are great but I emailed them 4 times and got nothing for my questions on a much needed part kit. I finally called the store and was taken care of promptly. I wouldn’t call the customer service bad due to the fact that when I called in person a was treated great and taken care of immediately. I wish they were better at answering the emails but I am very satisfied overall with this company. My OTF is amazing and I get compliments everywhere I use it.
I don't often do reviews on products but I gotta say I am very impressed with my OTF old glory knife and the customer service. I order on my knife online on blackfiday. I received the knife alone with a knife belt that following Monday. Very quick sipping. Bad ass knife. Great product. Thanks Ravencrest tactical.
