I never write reviews. I have been a subscriber of the RavenPac knife club for several months and feel compelled to state that I have been very pleased with their knives. In addition, I had a minor issue with a clip to a folder and their customer service on that issue was prompt and outstanding. I look forward being a customer for a long time and I plan to tell my friends about it. Great company.
I was apart of the Raven PAC for some time. Had to cancel due to money issues that I had. I came back to the PAC for this month. VERY happy I did. I LOVE this knife! It looks amazing!
So far what I've been told on the phone has not been happening. I placed my order and was called and informed of a 7-10 day back order. Two weeks later nothing had been done. I send an email asking about shipment. I get a phone call saying Monday your item is being shipped. Friday I send another email asking about shipment. Just another email saying it's being put together and shipped today......still just waiting. Hope the knife is better than the customer service.
I purchased the RCT-1 at a gun show in Boise, Idaho. I utilize this knife everyday. The blade stays nice and sharp. Action of this OTF is superb. I ordered a repair parts kit for this knife and I believe it only cost $2.99 for extra springs, assembly screws and a torxs driver. What's not to love about that. Shipping only took a couple of days. They need to work out their shipping details Pronto. Every month since ravenpac started there was an issue with shipping . I have since canceled the subscription because of it. If the issue is corrected in the future I would consider returning. That being said the quality of the knives is what I would expect given the price point
Ordered the subscription maybe two weeks ago and it still says it's being processed
I purchased a OTF knife from them at a show and liked the product. Went to there website and joined the knife of the month club. 6 months ago. I really enjoy getting the knife every month. It's exciting. They are not without a couple small issues but the costumer service is excellent and will always try to make it right. They are good people. Thanks.
They make awesome products, I bought a OTF and it's very well made, and stand behind what they sell, I highly recommend!!!
