Seems like a great knife. I bought 2 of them at the preppers show in Bowling Green Ohio. Awesome sales lady was very helpful.
Don't expect an email if there will be no package one month. Just keep checking their facebook page to see if what you signed up for is still going down. Makes sense. You sign up for a monthly package. Do You check their facebook every day? Why would you assume you need to check to see if they post about this months package not coming until next month.
I have ordered fives knives from Ravencrest. The shipping is horrible. You pay for two day service and receive it late every time. I'm a firm believer that a product is only as good as it customer service is. Something can be amazing but when the customer fails you it's not so great anymore. I have repeatedly emailed this company regarding my shipments. Ravencrest you aren't the only OTF knife company out their. I will find another company. The customer service can't get any worse.
