I bought a custom OTF blade from these guys. What I got was a expensive letter opener. I was..Ok..maybe they just forgot to sharpen it. I contacted them, and the woman that answered the phone.. Said.. sorry, we will send you another blade to replace the one I got. I waited a month and nothing... I called back and they told me, I had to send the blade first.. then they would send the new blade...But, I have to take the knife apart first..then send the blade. I have the OTF RCT-1 with non serated drop point blade. That knife is awesome. A real glass breaker is attached to it with a ball bearing in it, not some kind of cheap crap. Blade goes out perfect each time. Would like it to stay sharp longer though. Today i received the june and july ravenpac. Heard people complainin g because june was late. But they sent july in advance and added a nice credit card knofe as a sorry feature + both knives are awesome! Recomended the ravenpac to many friends and they like it as well.
At the end of May I ordered my RCT-1 OTF. I try and carry it as often as I can, and love doing so! I was so thrilled with the service and the product I then purchased the Mini RCT-1 OTF for my Step Father. The size and weight of each of the knives are perfect. They feel phenomenal in the hand and the action is very addictive. They look spectacular and the site of each of the blades themselves are nothing shy of amazing. This place is amazing and they have earned a lifelong customer. I'm new to the area and have wanted to do business with these guys for awhile. When I realized they were only an hour away, I jumped in the car and drove over to their location. Walked in and immediately liked what I saw. Met With Jeremy and he took care of everything.
