We had a wonderful experience with the store manager I recon , Anna, ( we called him as my husband mentioned Anna means brother ) when purchasing a bracelet for my sister’s newborn boy. Although it was our first visit, Anna made the process effortless and enjoyable. He was incredibly calm, kind, and attentive, guiding us with patience and ensuring we got the best price. Got scammed for gold they offered me £70 per gram when it should have been £75 - £80 I got offered more from other shop. Won't recommend this shop to anyone. One of the uncle bumped me after telling him I was offered less else where. It was my fault when I sold it I didn't realise the current selling price. I called but they don't want to change the difference. Sell your gold online do not bring it to them. This is the last time I will be coming here.
