The website says if it's an emergency just come in during open hours. I did that because after 2 days of calling my cat was getting worse. They said they were to busy and sent me to MedVet. They don't answer the phone or return calls. I would have just went to MedVet in the 1st place had they just returned my call.
The staff was very courteous from the moment I walked in the door. My dog was freeking out a bit trying to walk on the linoleum floor. He was slipping and sliding all over the place. He felt more comfortable on the texturize floor matt by the front door. The staff brought me over a chair to sit in by the door, and also brought out a blanket for Diesel to lay on. I went intp Rascal on September 21st of last year to get my dog's blood drawn in order to get a refill on her prescription. I had run out of the allotted number of refills on her meds and was told I needed up-to-date blood work before getting more refills. I still had a month's worth of medication for her left so thought I was doing what I was supposed to with plenty of time before she ran out. On September 4th, purchased a product from an individual & apparently an organization who IS incompetent on using the credit card machine. I was changed 2x. Attempted to rectify by sending what they requested. No response for over 2 days. I call again and claim that I need to give them my credit card # to PROVE that it was charged 2x. I already sent you a print screen from my bank!
I got up early to call for an appointment same day 2 different times and spent over 30 minutes each time re dialing over and over again. by the time I got someone they were filled and wanted me to try the lottery the next day. no thanks.

nugget had surgery and the staff took excellent care of him. He is 11 years old we were worried
when I went in tonight, we got her stitches taken out and there wasn't anybody in there except for one other person it was an in and out.
