Its an emergency hospital and they only take walk ins so be prepared to wait. However, the staff is friendly and the prices are great so i think its worth it.

Yes, the wait can be long but it is emergency first. They have been kind and professional.

They tried to say my dog had a broken jaw and wanted to put her down. They keep on insisting on me to give my permission so I took my dog and left. I took her to her vet and she Doesn’t have a broken jaw she has a ear infection. These people at Rascals are unprofessional don’t no what they are doing and just wanting people money and KILLING people pets. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE
