RecommendedA very caring and loving staff. When I HAD to put my 16 year old cat, Bruno down they were so caring. Very affordable also.
they need to go back to appointments! I've been here since 11 am waiting for my dog to be seen who has had diarrhea for 3 days non stop. 4 hours later and there are still 4 people ahead of me. they are not very caring to the fact that people have jobs and animals are sick. there is no sense of emergency what so ever! do not bring your pet here if there is an emergency .... worst place ever !!!
waited to long from 10-6 some staff are rude they said my dog had a heart murmur had x-rays and ekg done got the x-rays back ,it's been way over a week and have yet to hear from them. we put our dogs in your hands to take care of them and not do it for the money .
The staff there are very knowledgeable, compassionate people. They are well linked with community resources and took excellent care of my daughter's dog. We cannot thank them enough.
So thankful for all the staff who really helped us through one of the toughest times of our life. We had lost our sweet innocent baby to cancer & kidney failure. Huge shoutout to all staff who helped us through our roughest time 💗 Thank you Rascal Animal Hospital
Amazing, caring staff. Have taken excellent care of many of my cats. Be prepared to wait as they don't make appointments and they are like a human E/R...they take the most urgent cases first. You can't beat the price. Would highly recommend.
Today we had to take our boomer aka bugbug in he has been sick found out he had liver failure and best to put him down with how bad he was. The staff helped us tremendously and I just want to say THANK YOU FROM THE WOGAN FAMILY. XOXO
