the staff was incredible and were beyond helpful even during the madness of Corona virus. I'm always so nervous about vets, especially because he is very, very dog aggressive...but the team handled him perfectly and I couldn't be happier than I am with this vet!
Rude staff Vet was nice front desk check in and checkout ladies were very rude.On a scale of 1-5 I would give them a minus 4
RecommendedTook our new puppy here because our usual vet in Westerville that we take our other two dogs to is overbooked and not accepting new clients. I wasn't expecting the level of time, service, and attention we received here. We have an under socialized puppy and the vet was so thorough and gave us referrals for training and everything. Highly recommend.

The only place I bring our dogs! Yes there is a wait as every place ,but they saved dog's life ! && are REALLY nice people. NEVER have a problem anytime we come!!
They saved our dog after he decided to go dumpster diving and ate corn on the cob. Saved him right in the nick of time. Gave update having had him for a few days.
Staff is amazing! They are compassionate and professional. I didn’t have an appt and waited less than 30 for my cat to be seen. I have not had any issues with customer service or the care of my pets.
