RecommendedOur puppy broke his leg last Friday and we were quoted 4,000+$ by medvet for surgery. Rascal quoted us a significantly lower price and our puppy got surgery with them. He’s been recovering at rascal for almost 5 days now and the care and costumer service rascal is providing is wonderful! They call to update us 2 times a day and allow us to call anytime we want with questions also. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend them
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Rascal. Last Sunday I had to put my baby Chloe down. I’ve been through this tough process before, but never have I had this wonderful of care. They never rushed us, they let us stay in the room with Chloe for a long time until we were ready to start. They were wonderful with her throughout the process, even when she got aggressive. Then after they let us stay with her as long as we wanted. They truly treated us like we were their only clients that day, when they are always busy!
Highly disappointed in this place! I have been coming here for years now. And today was one of the worst experiences I have had. You set an appointment for 10 am and call to check in. Nothing said, except we will call you when ready. Awesome! Ok. 12 o’clock call to ask whats going on. There short staffed and running behind, wow ok, you couldnt tell me that 2 hours ago,1 hour ago? The unit is fine. The office is NOT. Two hour wait after appointment time. They will not answer calls. They will not return calls. Needed a prescription refilled and boosters and can't get them to answer the phone for either. Told them my dogs needed boosters and they said well you have to restart them. I said it's your fault because you wouldn't answer your phone or return calls and their reply, there's nothing else you can do. We had an emergency with our kitty and was referred to rascal....the staff was kind and very understanding and worked with us to find a plan that we could afford to treat our little buddy!
I been trying to get ahold of rascal for one month and they didn't pick up. so I call again and they pick up my cat and really can't breathe they said they will get back to me so let's see if it takes them a month to get back to me on a refill for my animal.... dont recommend on calling or going to them for if you need as refill
i just have to say, this place saved my dogs life. He was septic from an infection and when another vet failed me, Rascal saved him. He was there for 4 days. They called me 4 times a day with updates. I cannot say thank you enough for taking such good care of my boy and allowing him to come home to me today, tail wagging. Dr. Doughherty & RHA are amazing <3
This is the only veterinarian I have used. I started when they were at their old location. They understand how expensive vet bills can be and they do everything they can to help you out. I will never go anywhere else. The team is amazing and so friendly and I 100% have total faith in them and trust them. My dog just got a mass taken off his ear and they were amazing. I love this place!!
