RecommendedI called about an hour before they were even open and they were able to get us in first thing in the morning. My pup had a deep laceration that required stitches. All staff was very friendly and even did their best at comforting me when I called in tears. Excellent and quick service, my pup was seen by 8:30 and ready to go home by noon. Absolutely will be back for my dogs next vaccinations or for any issues that come up! Would recommend to all my friends for their animals needs.
First of all let me say, for the first day of Cody's care they did exactly what we had planned, called with updates and gave us our options. At this time it was to fast until the next day, when they could compare his first x-ray, from the first Vet, to the x-rays they would take the next day - to see if his blockage had moved. Remi had surgery two weeks ago. They were very understanding and very helpful to figure out what was wrong with her. They were great giving updates after and before surgery. I would recommend them 100 times. Dr. G was phenomenal and Remi adored her. Thanks again for all your help with my babes.
Our cat’s eye was injured in a fight. I explained the situation over the phone to a rep from here. Twice. I explained it to the receptionist when we arrived for “triage.” I explained it to the tech who came out to get Eeyore. When she brought Eeyore back out, $30 later, she said “yeah....we’re gonna recommend that he go somewhere else because we can’t help this type of injury here.” ??? Their entire staff did such an excellent job in our last moments with my daughter's very elderly deaf and blind rescued dog. I know it is not easy for them either. I highly recommend them for being our hero yesterday. Thank You.
I LOVE Rascal Animal Hospital. My Yellow Lab broke her leg at just 14 weeks old. They took the time to ensure she would recover, by providing around the clock care as I could not, due to work. My lab is a year and a half now, and we arrive for a check up due to a rash. They remembered her, and treat her like family. Definitely would recommend, as well as their pricing is definitely affordable.
Where do I start? I have gone here over a decade for help with my two pups. They are affordable and detail oriented. Dr. Gonzalez just did surgery to remove my husky’s right eye and although it looks gnarly, she seems better. They aren’t perfect but they try hard to meet the demand of their clients and at a price point we all can agree is phenomenal in comparison to MedVet, OSU or other veterinarian’s throughout central Ohio. I am grateful for their help these last 24 hours and hopeful my old girl heals with resilience.
I had a traumatic situation with my pug and my vet recommended RAH for emergency surgery. I was afraid and didn’t know what to expect as they didn’t answer the phone. But as soon as I got there, my dog was taken back immediately. While she had to stay for a couple of says, RAH kept me up to date on her progress and did answer the surgical line when I called to check on her. The staff was excellent! My dog is doing very well. The cost was even less than they quoted me. I highly recommend!
