RecommendedRascal is absolutely amazing. They were able to transfer my cat in from MedVet, and take very good care of him. He needed PU surgery and a Cystotomy. He was here for a week before we got to take him home, and I am most certain that he was cared at and loved by everyone at Rascal. Thank you for taking such good care of my Gaara Bean.
They botched surgery on my dog then wouldn't listen when I told them something was wrong so he died. Never take your animal to them!
I WOULD NOT USE THIS VET. They preformed a leg fracture repair surgery on our 8 lb puppy and he came home with an odd shaped leg. They tried to reassure us and say the leg was fine, but something in our guts told us the leg was not okay. We got a second opinion from a vet that’s very well known in the Italian greyhound community for fracture repairs and he told us what our guts had been telling us, he didn’t think the leg was okay. Whoever works the phone appointments needs to be fired. How dare you let your ignorance, lack of respect come between a schedule procedure appointment needed for my little 3 /2 month old kitten. While in between direct deposits I gave a woman my card information for a 28th of January appointment my card was declined but had corrected the matter the next day. It was all fine and good news when my dog was sick and being treated however getting a follow up appointment has been a nightmare. This is the whole reason why my dog was so sick in the first place —- I could never get an appointment anywhere. Now he’s better and he needs the follow up care and I can’t get a response from anybody. I don’t have time to sit and wait 45 to 1+ hour in the parking lot when I have to go to work. I have brought my fur babies here for quite some time now and they have all received nothing but the best of care! They know that my fur babies mean the world to me...they get it. They've helped me through the good and the not so good times, explaining everything to me in details that I can understand. They don't charge me an arm and a leg either (like some other places). When overnight stay has been needed, they call me with updates and/or concerns. I appreciate them! Thank you! ❤
This hospital does not have your pet in their best interest. They could care less. The office staff including the office manager Nikki is unprofessional and rude. Think twice before you bring your pet to RAH.
