Wait was pretty long but well worth the 250.00 I saved by going there instead of Med Vet or OSU!! Great care and my puppy is much better!!! ��

I had to put my fur baby angel asleep yesterday, they were so gentle and loving, their compassion towards my baby , words could never describe, this the third time I’ve used rascal, I will never go where else! They are the best!!

The took great care of my cat’s paw injury on a suns day when most vets were closed and charged a very reasonable fee. I deduced a star because the hour wait I was predicted at check in was actually three hours. But I’m still glad we went.
This is an emergency based clinic, dogs will be treated based on severity. You will wait for minor things if they are busy. No place is perfect. If you want to be seen sooner, go to OSU; they are awesome. They also have a much larger facility and staff along with students, but you will pay for that convenience too. The docs here have been very kind, upfront, and compassionate with our emergencies.
When you have a very critical pet in their care and you can't get a person to talk to is very rude and not professional.
Top notch facility ran by incredible individuals. The level of talent, character and generosity of this team is second to none. I highly recommend!
