Disusted with this place..Not only do they record innacurate patient records, but they also charge u for tests that were never administered.. also when u do end up losing an animal its deplorable that the animal was brought to the owner in a trash bag to say goodbye, disgusting...Maybe instead of posting how many surgeries the have performed, they should tally how many people's pets they have killed due to negligence and plain lack of attention paid... DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE IF U WANT THEM TO STAY ALIVE!!! !
I would give them a zero if I could. The people here are not only rude but are liars. I called to get the price of a procedure for my stepsons dog after the OSU recommended them , I was quoted a price of $85 . My stepson called a few days later and was also told $85. I take him there and lo and behold the price was $136 !!!!! When I complained that we were both told $85 I was told take it or leave it !!!!! Dr. G and her team are more than amazing!! We have two Boxers and a female cat that they have seen for anything from spays and neuters, to broken toenails, skin irritations, allergic reactions, Histiocytoma surgery, stomach obstructions from corn cobs, etc. You name it and my dogs have probably had it lol! We love the affordability of Rascal Animal Hospital so that we can ensure our furbabies are well taken care of. Our family ended up with a Potbellied pig named Clyde in January 2016. He was pushing 10 months old when we received him and we really wanted to get him neutered. Rascal stepped up, made us an appointment, and they are FANTASTIC!!! Clyde received excellent care, was fussed over and loved on, and he is back with us fine as rain. Super nice staff, clean environment, you cannot go wrong! Thank you so much Rascal Animal Hospital!!
I have been taking my dogs there for 2 years. Great service, and care, wouldn't go anywhere else.
We take all 4 of our animals to Rascal. They get great care at an affordable price. I also volunteer at a local pet shelter and Rascal provides a lot of care to those animals as well. A great business!
Took my cat, Chaplin, in and he had to go into emergency surgery. He had to stay there for a few days, but the doctor and staff would call us every day with updates on him. He's home again and we're happy to have our boy back. Thank you so much.
