We are very thankful to rascals for taking such good care of our dog shilo. The care she got was exceptional.
These people killed my sisters little shih tzu by overdosing him on a topical form of the painkiller fentanyl which wasn't even necessary. He had the same surgery not too long before to get rid of badder stones and did very well on regular oral pain meds. After giving him many doses of a drug to reverse the effects of the pain medication, his little heart finally stopped and they were unable to revive him. We were referred to Rascals 2 weeks ago when our dog had problems. It was late on a Sunday and the problem was much more severe than we thought. The doctors and staff at Rascals were very caring, helpful, considerate and compassionate to our family during an extremely difficult time. We are thankful for their honest, caring advise on what was best for our family pet.
My brand new English Bulldog pup, Beau was evaluated by Rascal Animal Hospital yesterday. He received a shot to catch him up to date & they inserted a chip. Each staff member who came in contact with Beau loved on him and treated the pup as their own. We certainly will be returning for their excellent service & care. :)
