Last Sunday morning, it was time to say goodbye to my Pepper, Netherland Dwarf Rabbit, he was 8.5, and Emily was by far the best given the situation. They were caring and understanding. Thank you for making the most difficult part of having furry babies.
I use to love bringing my pets here because of the prices. But after I brought my dog in as an emergency and she was on her death bed I will never come here again or recommend anyone here. We had no money at the time of service and was able to get the money 2 days later which they would have to keep my dog longer than 2 days anyways because she would have needed surgery. But instead they called our phones at 3 in the morning demanding money then called us saying our dog has died and was very rude about it. Then when we went ... read more

My pomeranian, Bella received the best care that she could have gotten at RAH. She was brought in as an emergency and she was taken care of quickly. The staff at RAH were compassionate and helpful and I did not meet one person that worked at RAH that was not concerned with either my dog or myself. It is wonderful that there is low cost Vet care with above average customer service. However, I never felt like just another customer here. After going to many different Veterinary hospitals over the years, this is the best!, I would never go anywhere else for care for my furbaby's
I would like to say a big thank you to Dr. Michelle and RAH, pretty sure my baby Miss Prissy would not have survived without there care. Another Veterinary Clinic ask almost 1500.00 , I was able to get done at RAH for about a third of the price and she had the best care here. Thank You again.
