I really wouldn't know how the doctors ate here, since we left after waiting 3.5 hours to see one! We were told on the phone it was fine to bring our puppy in for a check up. I would understand if they had a bunch of emergencies, but that wasn't the case. Saw others walk out too. Also, there was zero communication regarding the wait time. I would suggest to leave your whole day open if you ate planning a visit here!
Prices are great and I know sometimes they have to be loosing money but they have never had a major hike in pricing. My animals always get the best care. These people really care about the animals. If I have to walk in I understand that they have appointments and they are fitting me in as they can but also if I take an emergency in they take it right back. Thanks everyone
the care and attention given to my dogs has always been great. The staff is always willing to take time to answer questions. The best care in town. I love that I can count on them to be there anytime day or night. I know I don't have to wait until "normal business hours to get help for my dog. The office is always is so very clean and my dog is less likely to catch a highly contagious disease while in their care because they have a separate room and assigned staff just for those animals. Called rascal and they said they have no app available but for an additional $15 they take walk ins. Now how in the heck is that poss if there is no openings?
prices are reasonable but they seem to care more about money .they really wouldn't work with me. it left me no choice but to put him down

if you have 10 hours in your day to spare it would be ok i literally waited almost 10 hours to have them give my dog her vaccines then they over charged me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Amazing place! They saved my dog's life. They are the friendliest people and not only do they show that they care to the animals but to their owners as well. I trust them with my babies, and you should too. Plus they give 5 star care without charging 5 star prices. Love, love, love them!!!
