I am very happy with the service we received. My dog needed emergency surgery for bladder stones thst had traveled into the urethra he needed immediate surgery they took him right back and kept in contact with me throughout the entire stay he was there for 4 days I talked the staff twice a day they let me know how my baby was doing. I would highly recommend them.
We will no longer be taking our business here. We decided to try one more time and my fiance confirmed the staff was yet again blatantly rude and disorganized. We love our pup like family and she deserves much better care than this place can offer.
The staff is really rude, and I waited for an hour and a half before taken back to a room and once I was back there I waited another 45 minutes to be seen by the vet. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK!
I am so thankful for this place. They saved my precious Khloes life. I was devasted with the thought I couldn't afford to save her life. I was able to thanks to this organization. The doctors are caring along with the staff. They called me and kept me inform. They always answered my calls to all my questions and concerns. They answered my prays. I don't have enough good things to say about this place. Beautiful facility, outstanding medical care, most affordable pricing, wonderful staff, accepts CareCredit. They took amazing care of our dog during an emergency and did everything to care for him and ease our minds but kept it real with us. Highly recommend.
