I had the best experience at Randall Ford. Scott Russell is not only a good car salesman but a good person. I felt instantly welcomed before I even arrived. people are nice but service takes to long. it should not take over three hours to do a rear brake job on a transit van.
Service writers were fantastic. They helped me out even when they were very busy.
