Good experience. There was a recall on the air bags in my car. They got me an appointment real soon and actually had my car ready in less than two hours today! And everyone there was very pleasant and friendly!
I went here to get a car. Due to horrible credit wasn't able to get what i went to look at originally but ended up with a much better deal.
They do a great job taking care of my Ford flex. They are friendly and helpful. They are also a great supporter of my Girl Scout troop. They went above and beyond helping us for an event.
As usual, Randall Ford received me in and took good care of my needs in the spur of the moment. They were thorough and answered all of my questions and concerns.
With terrible credit but a large down payment Billy Hines and the finance manager got us into our dream vehicle along with a very reasonable payment and interest rate. It didn’t take all day and everyone was very friendly. We had an issue with the wheel speed sensor right after leaving and without hesitation they asked us to bring the vehicle back and fixed it at no cost to us. We will be coming here first next time we are in need of a vehicle.

Bought 2 vehicles yesterday sales service was awesome thanks Billy Hines. Sales manager was great and finance manager was awesome too. I'm happy with both vehicles never again will I purchase a Nissan 👍
