by actually standing by their word, not screwing customers after offering to make it right, and then not doing it. worst of all, blocking said customer so they cant comment. disgraceful.
Randall Ford has always done a superb job on all work done on my F150 Pickup Truck. Just bought our 5th car from Scott Russell. Service is top notch. The finance team is helpful and understanding. If you’re in the market for a new car or truck ask for Scott, he won’t steer you wrong. (Pun intended).
Shorted by $700 dollars on my TTL, satisfied with the vehicle, will not deal with Ford dealer again. It was 22 years between purchases, chalk it up to good faith misplaced.
